Elizabeth is a lifetime resident of Richmond, Virginia. She has been practicing law for over 20 years. Elizabeth’s compassion and approachable demeanor serve her clients well when it comes to effective negotiation and communication.

Prior to joining Gordon, Dodson, Gordon and Rowlett in the fall of 2019, she was a solo practitioner for 5 years and focused on child advocacy and mediation.

From 2008 through 2014, Elizabeth worked at BrownGreer where she was promoted to the position of Senior Counsel. She was involved in all aspects of mass claims administration with a specialty in the design of the claims review process.

Prior to joining BrownGreer, Elizabeth served eight years in the public sector as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Chesterfield County. She prosecuted misdemeanor and felony charges in General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and Circuit Court. She focused on crimes involving child abuse, sex abuse, domestic violence and juvenile delinquency.
